Tapas: slow roasted rabbit and chorizo rice spiced with paprika and saffron

Steak Skewers: with chimichurri sauce

Belgium

Moules Frites: hand cut fries fresh PEI mussels simmered in saison topped with garlic mayo

Italy

Piadinas: flat bread wrapped around soppresetta prosciutto di parma mozzarella arugula tomato basil EVO

Colombia

2 Hot Dogs: pineapple salsa/coleslaw slathered with mayo/ketchup/mustard with crushed potato chips

Brazil

Bauru: house cooked roast beef sandwich stuffed with tomato pickled cucumber melted mozzarella crusty bread

Portugal

Cataplana Stew: clams mussels spicy sausage onions tomato simmered in Estrella Damm lager
