Summer is State Fair season! While we enjoy the shows and rides it’s really about the food for us. For the month of August, we put together a menu with our takes on some traditional State Fair Food!

Wednesdays in August, 2017 from 5pm – until gone

MEXICAN STREET CORN
grilled New England corn/chipotle salt/lime crema crumbled cojita cheese

FRIED PICKLE SPEARS
Cornmeal battered kosher pickle spears/chipotle buttermilk dunk

BRATWURST CORN DOG
served w/ bacon & jalapeno cheese dip/spicy whole grain mustards

CHILI CHEESE FRIES
wicked good chili and hot cheese served of golden fries

RED NECK TACOS
Grilled corn cakes/house smoked pork topped with pepper vinegar sauce/creamy coleslaw

BACON CHEESE BURGER NACHOS
with crumbled smoked bacon/100% angus burger/cheese wiz/onions, pickles ,tomatoes, lettuce/special sauce drizzle
