It’s our favorite time of year, when the Mac & Cheese menu comes out and our bathroom scales go back into the closet. Check out this year’s lineup!

Lobster Thermidor Mac + Cheese
Cheese Tortellini with rich gruyere sherry cheese sauce, butter poached fresh Maine lobster claw & knuckle meat, mushrooms, peppers & tarragon, spiked Ritz bread crumb topping

Nashville Hot & Crunchy Chicken
Rigatoni pasta w/ jalapeno & pepper jack cheese, collard greens, crispy chicken fingers tossed w/ “Prince Hot Chicken Paste”, buttermilk biscuit crumbles

Brats n’ Knocks
Egg noodles, ale braised sausage, caramelized onions, beer cheese sauce, mustard pretzel crumble

Roasted Pumpkin
Pumpkin gnocchi, roasted vegetables, fresh herbs, white mascarpone cheese sauce, sage infused panko breadcrumbs

Short Rib
Cavatappi, red wine-demi braised short rib, pesto parmesan cheese sauce roasted peppers topped with crispy onion straws

Gemelli pasta, poblano cheese sauce, hardwood smoked pulled pork, low & slow St. Louis Ribs and grilled Texas hot links
