Chile Verde Avec Crepes
stuffed with savory braised pork & green chile ragout served with queso Oaxaca

Coq Au Vin Enchilada
red wine braised chicken, lardons, onions, mushrooms in salsa mole

Bistec & Yucca Fritas
pan seared bistro steak, shallots, natural pan sauce, hand cut crispy yucca fries with truffle vinaigrette
