Oktoberfest Kickoff Keg Tapping Ceremony

Wednesday, September 6 at 5pm

_MG_5177-smHelp us kick-off the 9 week Oktoberfest season with the traditional keg tapping ceremony! We’ll tap a gravity cask of Paulaner Weisn, the same beer that they serve at the tent in Munich! Then stay to enjoy the first night of our special German menu! Menu details are coming soon!

Join us on Thursday, July 20 as we welcome Brauhaus Riegele to Massachusetts! Meet David Klass, brewery representative, as we pour three of their beers:

  • Augustus Weizendoppelbock
  • Commerzienrat Privat Helles
  • Speziator Bavarian Imperial Lager

The Riegele brewery has been in operation since 1386 in Augsburg, Bavaria. In 1884, Sebastian Riegele purchased the brewery Zum Golden Ross from the original brewery heir and created Brauhaus Riegele. The brewery is now managed under the 28th family generation.

Vossa Ø1 Anno 1814- juniper ale: Only the freshest and greenest juniper twigs are thrown into a large black copper cauldron, which is heated over an open fire resulting flavor is dry fruity smokey with a touch of acidity. abv 7.5%

Heaven & Hell- imperial stout: Chocolate and alcohol are right there at the front but do not at all overpower the gorgeousness that is underneath. Full of leather, vanilla, amazing wooden notes bitter tart finish abv 10.2%

Sur Citra-sour ale: Single Hopped American Pale Ale, using Citra, with a soured mash to bring a tart, refreshing drink to your lips abv 5.5%
